Crux (Thiamethoxam 25% WG) is a broad-spectrum systemic insecticide that provides quick knockdown and long-lasting control of major sucking pests such as aphids, whiteflies, thrips, jassids, and plant hoppers across multiple crops.
Crux is a high-performance systemic insecticide formulated with Thiamethoxam 25% WG, belonging to the neonicotinoid class (IRAC Group 4A). It is widely used in modern crop protection programs due to its fast action, strong systemic movement, and reliable control of sucking insect pests.
After application, Crux is rapidly absorbed by the plant and translocated through the vascular system, providing protection to both treated and new growth. It acts on the insect nervous system by binding to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, disrupting nerve signal transmission and causing feeding cessation, paralysis, and death of target pests.
Its dual action through contact and ingestion ensures effective control even under high pest pressure. The formulation also provides rainfast protection and long residual activity, making it suitable for integrated pest management programs aimed at improving crop health and productivity.
